Scope of Services
It is the intent of this Request for Proposal for Professional Services (PS) to pre-qualify consulting firms to provide Engineering, Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services, Planning, Landscape Architecture, Architecture and Design, and economic consulting and/or advisory services on a Task Authorization basis (TA). The awarded firm(s) (hereinafter referred to as Consultants) will provide various professional services as defined herein on an as-needed basis. The Consultant will be under the direction of the Project Manager identified in each TA from the appropriate department. Agreements awarded under this solicitation are intended to be a countywide continuing contract and may be used by any County department through the issuance of TAs as needed. Consultants will identify which Task Group(s) of those listed or any additional services they are qualified to perform in their cover letter (Tab 1). Consultants are not required to submit for all Task Groups.
