Scope of Services
It is the intent of this solicitation to engage multiple qualified firms to provide lake restoration consulting services. The County intends to partner with qualified consultants that can provide full design services including the assessment of existing lake conditions, project identification including innovative technologies and scientifically validated methodologies; design, permitting, identification and acquisition of all project funding. The selected consultants will also be responsible for monitoring project outcomes and effectively communicating progress and successes to stakeholders, the media, and the broader community. Note: Individual Task Authorization Projects shall not exceed $500,000.00. a) Projects will be assigned to individual consultants based on current workload, schedule, availability and expertise. b) The term of the resulting agreement(s) will be for an initial three (3) year period with the opportunity for additional one (1) or two (2) year renewal periods when in the best interest of the County. Total contract length, including all renewals, should not exceed five (5) years.
