Award Details
- The City may award contracts to multiple contractors.
- Engagements will be assigned on a per-audit basis, via Task Orders.
- There is no guarantee of a minimum or specific number of engagements.
- Contracts are non-exclusive.

Proposal Requirements for Each Audit Engagement
- Contractors will need to submit a proposal for each specific audit, including but not limited to the following:
- Not-to-exceed total price (based on agreed hourly rates)
- Defined Scope of Work (SOW)
- Timeline for completing the audit
- List of Deliverables

Historical Information
- the following information is based on prior history and there is no guarantee as to the amount of work will result from the contract(s) awarded from this RFP:
- The number of hours per engagement: 400 - 600 hours
- The average dollar amount per engagement: $35,000.00
- Number of engagements per fiscal year: three (3) - four (4)

Contract Structure
- The RFP is for establishing a master contract, not a specific audit project.
- Each audit will be formalized under a Task Order tied to the master contract.

Other Expectations
- The Contractor is responsible for engaging and coordinating with any specialized sub-contractors (City approval required).
- All individual audit engagements are awarded subject to the City’s sole discretion.

The Contractor may be working together with the City employees from the City's Office of Audit Services and Management Support (ASMS) on certain engagements. ASMS consist of six (6) personnel with the following titles:
- Audit Director, CPA
- Audit Manager, CPA
- Senior Auditor, CIA
- Senior Auditor
- Senior Auditor
- Seasonal
