Scope of Services
It is the intent of this Request for Proposals for Professional Services (PS) to engage Engineering firms (hereinafter Consultant) to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering and design services on a Task Authorization (TA) basis. Assignments will be accomplished on an as-needed basis over the term of the engagement. The successful respondent may be required to work with other engineering firms retained by the County to perform various engineering or design services. This section is intended to provide examples, but is not limited to, the types of assignments that may be necessary on an “as needed” basis.
Note: Individual Task Authorization Projects shall not exceed $500,000.00.
Projects will be assigned to individual consultants based on current workload, schedule, availability and expertise.
