Containerized Seedlings

The USDA Forest Service is soliciting quotations for the production of containerized conifer seedlings for the Kaibab and Prescott National Forests in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

The Contractor shall produce containerized Ponderosa Pine (PIPO) seedlings from Government-furnished seed. Seedlings shall be grown, hardened off, packaged, stored (as applicable), and delivered in accordance with all specifications outlined in the Statement of Work.

Performance shall comply with all technical requirements, measurement standards, storage requirements, packaging specifications, inspection requirements, transportation requirements, and delivery specifications identified in the Statement of Work.

This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Quoters must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) at the time of quote submission.

Quotes must be received no later than the date and time specified in this solicitation. Quotes received after the deadline may not be considered for award.

Failure to submit a complete quote may render the quote ineligible for award consideration.

This requirement was previously solicited under Solicitation No. 127EAU26Q0010.

Solicitation No. 127EAU26Q0010 has been cancelled in its entirety.

This solicitation supersedes the cancelled solicitation. Vendors must submit a new quote in response to this notice in order to be considered for award. Quotes submitted under Solicitation No. 127EAU26Q0010 will not be considered.
