Containerized Collection of Trash and Recycling from Condominiums, Schools and Municipal Buildings

The City of Framingham (City), invites sealed bids to provide containerized solid waste and recycling services to municipal buildings, schools, and condominiums and requires all work necessary or proper for or incidental to this purpose including providing all necessary supervisors, personnel, equipment and materials.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet Direct portal on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 after 11:00 AM:

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet Direct and are due on Thursday, June 25, 2026 by 11:00 AM.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
