SCOPE

It is the intent of the City of Kalamazoo to hire a contractor to design, Print and Mailing services for 48,100 copies of the Consumer Confidence Report. 45,545 copies mailed to customers directly and 2,500 extra copies for educational outreach events delivered to 1415 N. Harrison St. Kalamazoo, MI 49007.

Originals will be sent via PDF, Excel, and Microsoft Word documents via email. Addresses will be sent via Excel.

Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform the work as described in these specifications.
