Consumable Fluids for Chapel Hill Transit Fleet

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals for the purchase of CONSUMABLE FLUIDS to be furnished to the Town of Chapel Hill, N. C., will be received by the Purchasing & Contracts Manager, Zakia Alam, at Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Chapel Hill, N. C. 27514, on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at 11:00 A.M., at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

In lieu of a pre-bid conference, questions can be submitted in writing to bglover@townofchapelhill.org until August 16 ^TH at 5:00 P.M. Responses to all the questions received will be published in the form of an Addendum on the Town website www.townofchapelhill.org on Wednesday, August 23 ^RD .

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to have the Bids delivered to the address above by the specified time and date of opening. The Town does not take responsibility for any Bids not delivered on time and shall be returned unopened. Instructions for submitting bids and complete specifications are available on the Town’s website at www.townofchapelhill.org . The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid most favorable to the Town of Chapel Hill.
