Baltimore County, Maryland, Purchasing Division is seeking Bids for Consulting Services, Police, Fire and Correctional Examinations . Bids are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/baltimorecountymd , no later than 3:00 pm on Monday, July 13, 2026 .

Baltimore County is soliciting bids, to establish a term agreement for examination consulting services, on behalf of the Office of Human Resources. The Successful Bidder shall be responsible to assist the Office of Human Resources in the development of entry level and promotional examinations for positions within the Baltimore County Police Department, Fire Department and Department of Corrections. The examinations shall allow candidates to be tested in a manner that ensures the candidate's actions, attitudes and behaviors align with and highlight the County's image of all three departments.
