Summary Details

The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) requests Proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide an investment attraction strategy and costed implementation plan with steps to achieve over a multi-year period.
As a part of the analysis there will need to be review of city strategies, location quotient / shift share analysis, competitive analysis of jurisdictions in British Columbia and Western Canada, a review of other competitive jurisdictions globally and what key industries and types of companies should be focused upon to increase the non-residential tax assessment base and employment opportunities in the City of Maple Ridge, BC.
