Consulting Services for Lakeshore Estates Rehabilitation

Project Description: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for Lakeshore Estates Rehabilitation, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
Parkland County requires professional engineering services to assess, design, and support the rehabilitation of Asphalt Concrete Pavement (“ACP”) roadways within the Lakeshore Estates subdivision. Services include geotechnical investigation, Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) testing, preliminary and detailed design, construction supervision, post construction services, and warranty inspections.
The 2026 budget is currently approved for Preliminary Engineering, Detailed Design, and RFQ preparation (Phases 1 and 2). Construction Supervision, Contract Administration, and Post Construction services (Phases 3 and 4) are anticipated to occur beginning in 2027 and are subject to future budget approval by Parkland County Council.
