Westbank First Nation ("WFN") is seeking Submissions from qualified Proponents ("Proponents") in response to this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") for the provision of Services (as defined herein) to be carried out within the required schedule set out herein for the Consulting Services for Integrated Infrastructure Master Plan (the "Project") .

Through this Request for Qualifications, WFN invites qualification packages to be submitted for the supply of consulting Services for the development of an integrated Infrastructure Master Plan (IMP) including:
  • Water Network
  • Sanitary Sewer System
  • Storm Water System (Optional Service)
All the above as outlined in this document and to be completed by January 15, 2026.
