It is the intentions of these specifications to provide to prospective consultants the requirements to provide Executive Search and Talent Search Services for the Middlesex County Community, Innovation and Opportunity (CIO) Strategic Investment Plan, as required by the Middlesex County Department of Administration.

Prospective consultants shall have a proven track record and experience in recruiting management for professional entertainment enterprises such as concert venues, athletic facilities, or professional sports franchises.
