Description
It is the intent of the Laurens County Water and Sewer Commission to obtain proposals from qualified firms to establish a Standby Contract for Professional Consulting Services associated with Disaster Recovery and FEMA Public Assistance in accordance with the specifications and conditions contained in this RFP. These services are on a as needed basis, typically in response to a natural or man-made disaster.
