CONSULTING , PREPARATION OF 2024 CAPER, 2025 CAPER, ENIRONMENTAL REVIEWS, PROGRAM YEAR 2026 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.
This contract is being funded in whole or in part by the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and administered by the City of Trenton’s Department of Health and Human Services. All federal CDBG requirements will apply. Federal and state labor compliance apply. Section 3 Apply.
