This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”), together with any addendums expressly referred to or incorporated by reference, is an invitation by Workers’ Compensation Board (“WCB”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of consulting services related to updating the current health care services model, as further described in the RFP.
