Description
Closure Plan Revision and Implementation at the Former MIRA Waste to Energy Facility. The Capital Region Development Authority (“CRDA”) is undertaking closure of the Former MIRA Waste to Energy Facility, a State-permitted solid waste management facility. CRDA intends to enter into a contract with a qualified Engineering Consulting Firm to provide engineering services for this project.
