Consulting and Brokerage Services for Employee Health and Benefit Plans

The City of Marlborough (City) invites sealed proposals for Project HR 2026-01 Consulting and Brokerage Services for Employee Health and Benefit Plans. Proposals will be received until 11:00 a.m., October 16, 2025, at the Procurement Department, Marlborough City Hall, 3 ^rd Floor, 140 Main Street, Marlborough, MA  01752. Documents will be available online for download at https://www.marlborough-ma.gov/bids.aspx after 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2025. There is no charge for documents. Addenda (if issued) will be available online with the original bid document as separate files. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor downloading the RFP to ensure they have received any and all addenda prior to the opening. All proposals are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. c.30B, §6.  The initial term of the contract shall be for the period January 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028. The contract may be renewed for two additional one-year periods in the City’s sole discretion.  All contracts are subject to appropriation. The City reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part, any or all proposals or take whatever other action may be deemed in the City's best interest.
