This consultant/researcher will work with the Department of Neighborhoods to develop a comprehensive strategy to utilize research-based and data-driven programs for our Office of Gang Prevention and Intervention. The strategy will help the department increase our capacity to pilot new programs, facilitate partnerships, implement outreach strategies and develop programming that connects to a larger youth engagement strategy including leadership development and civic engagement
