CONSULTANT SERVICES, GENERATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES AT SPECIFIC SITES AND VARIOUS SITES RFP

New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”) invites potential respondents to submit proposals for generator maintenance and repair services at specific sites and/or various sites owned and/or managed by NYCEDC and the City of New York across the five boroughs. The awarded Consultant will be responsible for visually inspecting, checking, changing, cleaning, and testing various generator system components, reporting on these inspections, and, when applicable, performing parts replacement and repairs.

NYCEDC plans to select a Consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee.

NYCEDC established the Contract Financing Loan Fund programs for Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (“M/W/DBE”) interested in working on public construction projects. Contract Financing Loan Fund facilitates financing for short-term mobilization needs such as insurance, labor, supplies and equipment.
