The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation, herein “Respondent”, to provide, in compliance with Chapters 211 and 212 of the Texas Local Government Code and all other applicable state and federal laws, a consultant to rewrite its development regulations within its UDC Manual. The rewritten and new regulations are intended to implement the goals and policies of the recently completed LHTX 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
