Description:

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of qualified consultants to establish one (1) or more fixed fee, open-ended contracts for Transit Planning, Analysis and Public Engagement in support of the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) Capital Improvement Program and other County transit planning analysis and public engagement requirements on an “as needed” basis for a one (1) year period with up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods. The number of Contracts will depend on the number and quality of the proposals received with a maximum of three (3) Contracts being awarded.
