The County of Mercer, Department of Housing & Community Development is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to assist in the planning, implementation, and administration of the HOME Investment Partnerships Program “HOME” in accordance with 24 CFR 200.318 and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1, et seq.
