REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Forsyth County, Georgia is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms for the
following:
RFP NO. 26-60-1630
Consultant Services for Comprehensive Plan Update (2026) with GIS Services
Forsyth County is seeking proposals from qualified planning consultants to complete
the required update to the County's Comprehensive Plan.
Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 4, 2026. Names of
submitting firms will be publicly read aloud at 2:30 p.m. in the Liberty Training Room,
Suite 1010, Forsyth County Administration, 2435 Freedom Parkway, Cumming,
Georgia 30041.
All proposals must be submitted electronically through the County's procurement
portal powered by Euna Procurement (formerly Bonfire). Paper submissions will not
be accepted.
The solicitation documents, specifications, and instructions to proposers are

All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the Euna
Procurement portal no later than 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Responses will
be issued via written addenda.
Forsyth County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive
technicalities, and to make an award in the best interest of the County.
