Project Description: SCOPE: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to perform 1) salary review with expertise in local government/public authority, and 2) organizational structuring for our non-represented positions to include employee retention and succession planning recommendations.
