Project Description: Louisville Metro Government’s Public Works Solid Waste Management Services (SWMS) Division is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist with updating its Policy and Procedure Manual. SWMS is an essential division responsible for maintaining a clean, healthy, and sustainable community. The division oversees the safe and efficient collection and disposal of solid waste, recyclables, and household hazardous materials, and provides education to residents on proper recycling practices and responsible resource use.
