Consultant/Engineering Svcs for Climate Resiliency Flooding/ Storm Drainage

The City of Bristol is seeking to prepare its community for climate resiliency with regard to flooding in vulnerable population areas, and is accepting proposals for assistance in educating and preparing the community for climate resiliency, and preparation of engineering solutions, via funding provided by the CT Dept of Energy and Environmental Protection (“DEEP”).

Proposal submission documents are available at no charge by downloading from the City of Bristol web site via the document link noted below.

A non-mandatory pre-submission meeting will be held on February 19, 2025 at 9:00 am in Meeting Room 3-1 at Bristol City Hall, 111 North Main Street, Bristol CT 06010.

Proposal submissions will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until March 12, 2025 at 1:00 pm; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal that in its judgment is in its best interest. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to the Purchasing Department no later than the date and time noted above.  Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive; the City does not assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above.
