Description

Solicitation Notice



The U.S. Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, hereby issues a Solicitation for qualified companies to submit proposals for the replacement, supply, installation, and maintenance of intercom systems at the ACS Consular Section.



Interested firms are invited to review the official Solicitation package, including the Statement of Work (SOW) and all relevant documentation, now available on SAM.gov. The solicitation will remain open for 15 calendar days from the date of this publication.



To participate in this solicitation, offerors must:





  • Access the full Solicitation and attachments on https://www.sam.gov.




  • Confirm interest by sending an email to RioProcurement@state.gov.

Note: The ability of a company to provide ongoing or future maintenance and support services for the installed systems and components will be considered a valuable differentiator during the evaluation process.



All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The U.S. Government reserves the right to award a contract based on initial offers received, without holding discussions.
