Construction - 11th Avenue Revitalization Project
Synopsis:

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Regina (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction - 11th Avenue Revitalization Project as further described in the RFP and attachments.

The deliverables of this project will be comprised of general contracting services including concrete work, and improvements to water and sewer (W&S) services, road and traffic infrastructure, and landscaping. The City requires the successful proponent to provide for the replacement, rehabilitation, and upgrading of:

  • underground infrastructure (water/sanitary/storm),
  • installation of new sidewalks to enhance pedestrian movement,
  • Conduit and bases installation for traffic signals,
  • Supply & Installation of landscaping items,
  • transit improvements, and
  • road reconstruction.
Additional Information:

There will be a video conference pre-submission meeting using Microsoft Teams regarding this competition on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 1:30 PM, CST (SK) for any interested proponents. Please email the RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to request an invitation to the online meeting by Monday, October 21, 2024, at 4:00 PM, CST (SK).
