We are pleased to announce the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction and Takeout Financing in support of our upcoming development project located at 90 Treaty Trail, Millbrook, Nova Scotia.

We invite experienced lenders and financial institutions to submit proposals outlining terms and strategies that meet the construction phase financing needs, as well as long-term takeout options upon completion.

Important Note: Please be advised that this RFP is solely for construction and takeout financing. AFNWA is not currently considering alternatives for deposit account arrangements. Proposals that include deposit services or related products will not be evaluated.
