Description:

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to select one (1) Consultant to provide Construction Support Services for the Renovation of the Courts Complex Phase IV Project. The County plans to use a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method for this project but reserves the right to change this project to a design-bid-build approach, if necessary. Detailed information on the required services is provided in Section 4.0 Scope of Services.

Pre-Proposal Conference:

An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on May 9, 2025, at 2 p.m.
