Construction Services for Women’s Transition Housing, Fraser Region, BC

It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents that are prequalified. This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become pre-qualified to participate in a solicitation for the supply of Construction Services for Women’s Transition Housing, as further described in Appendix A – Scope of Work.

Respondents should submit their Responses in accordance with the following timetable and instructions.

Issue Date of RFPQ: February 21, 2025
Submission Date for NDA: February 28, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. PT
Deadline for Questions: March 10, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. PT
Deadline for Issuing Addenda: March 14, 2025
Submission Date Deadline: March 24, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. PT

NOTE: The RFPQ timetable may be changed by BC Housing at any time.

Proponents must submit a signed Appendix F - Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)to obtain information about site location. No submission will be accepted from Proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. Signed NDA must be submitted through email to the attention of the BC Housing Contact Person before: February 28, 2025@ 2:00 p.m. PT
