Project Description: The Wayne County Transportation System (WCTS) is soliciting bids for the construction of one (1) 4,694 SF Administration Building with dedicated maintenance and tire storage area, one (1) 28,075 SF Bus Storage Building which includes indoor heating for 36 vehicles, one (1) 1,377 SF Manual Bus Wash Building, and associated site work. Proposals shall be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program and are due by July 9, 2025 at 3:00pm. All details and documents are available at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). All inquiries shall be submitted via the “Questions” feature within PennBid.
