Project Description: Bernalillo County will be constructing a new 12,082 SF Fire Station that will serve the North Valley of Bernalillo County and is a replacement facility for the existing FS #36. The building is comprised of 12 bunkrooms, 4 apparatus bays for Bernalillo County Fire & Rescue, showers, a day room, large kitchen, and support spaces. The property is 5.5 acres, with just over 4 acres developed area. A new 1,843 SF community outreach building located adjacent to the Fire Station is included as an additive alternate for the project.
