Description

Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform the following work:

Removal and replacement of the existing metal tile roofing system with a new standing seam (architectural metal) roof system as described in the project plans and specifications. Work includes:

• Demolition of existing fascia and hidden gutters and replacement with new sheet metal gutters and downspouts.

• Removal and replacement of the atrium clerestory window.

• Removal and reinstallation of HVAC equipment including reinstallation of the existing roof top service walkway.

• Installation of new electric heat trace snow melt system in roof valleys and gutters.

• Other works associated with re-roofing and as described in the plans and specifications.

SITE MEETING

21. A mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for May 13th, 2025 at 1 PM - meet at front entrance of Coronach Health Centre - 240 South Avenue E Coronach, SK, S0H 0Z0. All Bidders are required to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids. Pre-register for site meeting via email to chrissa.ullyott@saskhealthauthority.ca one day prior to site meeting.
