CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

ANNAPOLIS FIRE DEPARTMENT BATHROOM RENOVATIONS, CITY OF ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for construction services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Friday, August 1, 2025.   Bids shall be delivered or emailed to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 ^st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401,

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, a level 2 renovation to existing interior first floor bathrooms.   Renovations include the removal of existing interior bathroom partition walls, doors, plumbing, lighting fixtures, and interior finishes.

Interested parties are invited to attend a virtual pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., local time, via Google Meet.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
