2025-016 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES 90 NORTH STREET CIVIL COURTROOM RENOVATION (GSA-2025-02)

On behalf of the Board of Commissioners of Cherokee County, Georgia (the County), the General Services Agency/Capital Projects Department (GSA/CPD) seeks to engage a licensed general contractor to provide renovations to the Cherokee County Justice Center (CCJC) located at 90 North Street, Canton GA 30114, to meet specifications and as described herein with two components:
1) Re-tasking of the existing law library space for use as a civil court/multipurpose room
2) Addition of a door in the Chief Superior Court Judge¿s Office
