Construction remodel and repair

Unity House is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for the remodeling of apartment units located throughout Albany and Troy. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, general interior renovations such as painting, sheet rocking, flooring replacement, and other related improvements as specified below.

The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following tasks:

1. Painting – Prep, prime, and paint interior walls, ceilings, trim, and doors as specified.

2. Sheetrock / Drywall – Repair or replace damaged drywall, finish, and texture to match existing surfaces.

3. Flooring – Remove old flooring and install new flooring (vinyl plank, carpet, or other specified materials).

4. Carpentry – Minor trim work, door replacement, and baseboard installation as needed.

5. Cleanup – Remove debris daily and ensure all work areas are clean and safe.

6. Inspection Readiness – Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes and is ready for inspection upon completion.
