Construction Project Manager

The City of Marble Falls, Texas, is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Construction Project Manager to provide services typically provided by a Construction Project Manager in the City’s Engineering Department related to project management activities for construction of municipal projects such as wastewater treatment plant, wastewater lift station, force mains, gravity pipeline, demolition of existing plant facilities, expansion of purple pipe system, and related projects. The City of Marble Falls will receive proposals until 2:00 P.M. on NOVEMBER 18, 2024.

Interested respondents must submit one (1) bound original and a USB drive with a PDF of their proposal in a sealed envelope marked with the bid name to the attention of Christina McDonald, City Secretary, City of Marble Falls, 800 Third Street, Marble Falls, TX 78654.
