Construction Prequalification Read Mountain Fire Station Improvements

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit applications from qualified construction general contractors interested in bidding on the upcoming renovation and expansion of the Read Mountain Fire Station and 911 Communications Center (the “Project”). The Project involves the construction of multiple facilities including a new two-story addition, a partial renovation of the existing facility, and a standalone radio shop building. A communications monopole with an associated equipment shed requiring foundations and connection to the Fire Station and Communications Center will be installed as a separate project on an adjacent site, as further elaborated in the RFQ.
