Description:

The purpose of this Agreement will be to secure the services of a Contractor to assist HCD in performing construction permit plan reviews for construction and alteration projects, usually for new mobilehome parks, rebuilt mobilehome parks that suffered fire loss, and other large-scale projects such as mobilehome park infrastructure updates. Some of these plans may have over three hundred pages that need review.
