Construction of Two Concrete and Steel Bridges in Two Rural Municipalities

For the CONSTRUCTION OF A THREE SPAN – 42.21 METRE LONG X 9.75 METRE WIDE PRECAST CONCRETE AND STEEL BRIDGE over Swan River located In S.W. 05-36-01 west of the 2nd Meridian approximately 4.8 km (3 miles) west of the junction of Highway No. 8 and Primary Grid No. 753 at Arabella, Saskatchewan.

For the CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE SPAN – 21.219 METRE LONG X 8.53 METRE WIDE PRECAST CONCRETE AND STEEL BRIDGE over Assiniboine River located E.N.E. 18-36-06 west of the 2nd Meridian approximately 11.3 km (7 miles) north and 1.6 km (1 mile) west of the junction of Highway No. 49 and Range Road 2064 at Ketchen, Saskatchewan.

SUBMISSION

ELECTRONIC BIDS will be received electronically by email to audey@sarm.ca until 12:00 p.m. CST on Friday March 7, 2025 and will be opened sometime during the following week of March 10, 2025. The tender opening will not be public. Announcement of the tender results will occur on or before March 21, 2025. Bids shall be submitted with the subject line “RM333-RM334-2025-1 BID” and shall be in PDF format. The time provided by the sarm.ca email client will be used to determine the official time.

SUBMISSION (cont.)

At any time prior to the closing time for bidding, a Bidder may withdraw, modify or correct its Bid by email submission of a written notice, signed by an authorized representative of the Bidder.
The Bid withdrawal shall be submitted with the subject line “RM333-RM334-2025-1 WITHDRAWAL” and shall be in PDF format.
The Bid modification or correction shall be submitted with the subject line “RM333-RM334-2025-1 CHANGE” and shall be in PDF format.
In the event of multiple notices of modification or correction, all notices shall be applied to the previously modified Unit Price for the purpose of calculating the new modified Unit Price.

Unless withdrawn in accordance with the instructions provided, Bids are irrevocable for 60 days after the close of bidding.

Material substitutions and/or proposed equivalents will only be considered after the award of the Proposed Work.

NO SOLICITATION

The Rural Municipality of Clayton No. 333, the Rural Municipality of Preeceville No. 334, and the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities shall not consider or respond to any unsolicited offers, alternatives, or inquiries not directly related to bidding on the Proposed Work.
