Construction of the Round Hill Fire & Rescue Station, RFQ 640813

The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a prequalified General Contractor to construct the new Round Hill Fire and Rescue Station project. This project shall include construction of a new one (1)-story 21,584 square-foot facility with a 1,570 square foot mezzanine and associated site improvements. The project is located at 41 West Loudoun Street, Round Hill, Virginia 20141 (Parcel Identification Numbers 584-18-5769-000, 584-18-2378-000).

The facility will include administrative offices, a community room/training room, exercise room, bunk rooms, restrooms, showers, kitchen and dining areas, decontamination areas, supply storage, and mechanical areas, plus four (4) drive-thru apparatus bays.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams on February 9, 2024, at 12 pm for clarification of any questions on the drawings, specifications, and site conditions.

** ONLY THOSE FIRMS PREQUALIFIED THROUGH RFQ 612791 - PREQUALIFICATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FIRE AND RESCUE TRAINING FACILITY, LEESBURG SOUTH STATION & ROUND HILL STATION ARE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT. BIDS FROM NON-PREQUALIFIED FIRMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
