For the Borough of Carroll Valley
Bids for the Construction of the Municipal Services Facility Storage Building at 14 Ranch Trail, as covered by the attached specifications, must be received before 2:30 PM, legal time, on August 24, 2026, via PennBid http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
Project Overview
The Borough of Carroll Valley (the “Borough”) is seeking Quotes from qualified contractors for the following service (the “Work”) and as further described in the Specifications herein: Construction of Municipal Services Facility Storage Building at 14 Ranch Trail
The construction of a 60’W x 80’L x 20’ wall-height building with wooden posts and a metal exterior, including all structural framing, roofing, siding, and associated components, will be completed by a method suitable to and approved by the Borough and as further defined in the Specifications (the “Work”).
