The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (the “County”) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor (the “Contractor”) for the Construction of the Fire and Rescue Training Tower (the “Project”). The Project consists of a five (5)-story training tower and associated site improvements, to be constructed on the Loudoun County Fire and Rescue Training Academy Campus, located at 16600 Courage Court, Leesburg, Virginia 20175. The property is identified as County Parcel Identification Number 191-16-9866-000.

Pre-Bid Conference:

An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually on August 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. to provide clarification on the project requirements and expectations outlined in this solicitation.
