Construction of the CDD Unit Cell A2 Bottom Liner System, RFQ 585784

The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct the Construction and Demolition Debris (CDD) Unit Cell A2 Bottom Liner System project (Project) at the Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility (LCSWMF or landfill). The landfill is located at 21101 Evergreen Mills Road Leesburg, Virginia 20175. The Project consists of providing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and any/all incidental services necessary for the construction of the CDD Unit Cell A2 Bottom Liner System. A summary of the work is provided in Attachment 4, Specification Section 01010 – Summary of Work and Responsibilities.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually using GoToMeeting software on February 2, 2023, at 10 a.m. for clarification of any questions on the drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
