Project Description: Cochise County (“COUNTY”) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) to obtain competitive vendor pricing in the open market for the delivery of Construction of the Bella Vista Detention Basin incompliance with A.R.S. §41-2533 concerning competitive sealed bids. This solicitation will result in the award to a single vendor determined to be in the best interest of the County.
