Construction of T-Hangar Taxi lanes and Foundation

Sealed bids will be received by the Brantley County Board of Commissioners, at the Commissioners Office, 33 Allen Road, Nahunta, Georgia 31553 on March 11, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. local time and at that hour opened and publicly read aloud for the improvements to the Airport as listed herein. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams using the information provided below:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project consists of proposed site preparation, grading, paving, and foundation for a future T-hangar development.

Each BID shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked and addressed as required below; and shall be accompanied by the Bid Security and other required documents. If the BID is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the notation "BID ENCLOSED for (Project Name)" on the face thereof. Submit one (1) original and one (1) electronic copy on a USB Flash Drive of the Bid Form, Schedules, and other required documents. Indicate the following information on the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid: Project Name, Project Number, Airport Name, Bidder's Name and Address.
