The County of Franklin is seeking bids to construct a Landfill Collection Facility at 7090 Snow Creek Rd, Penhook, VA 24137.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for the project on Tuesday, November 11th at 1:00 PM at the project site off Snow Creek Road. Additional details can be obtained by contacting Jeff Gauldin, Director of Public Works,
