Construction of Single Sheet Ice Arena

The City of Bowie, Maryland is seeking Statements of Qualifications for the construction of a new single sheet ice arena located at 7420 Laurel Bowie Road, Bowie, Maryland. This will be the first of a 2-phase process. Contractors who have been evaluated as qualified in Phase 1 will be invited to submit a bid for Phase 2, the construction of the ice arena. Electronic (pdf) Statements of Qualifications will be received through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4651_Phase_I_Request_For_Qualifications_New_Ice_Arena until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any submissions.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Request For Qualifications shall be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at:

Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Tuesday, February 18, 2025, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and solicitation documents.

The City encourages certified disadvantaged business entities to submit qualifications.
